New Features for Drone XC Dash Cameras
The DroneMobile Team has released a new firmware update for Drone XC dash cameras. This major update (v1.47) features several key improvements and additions for new and existing DroneMobile customers.
- Accurate time zone overlay** – Dash cam videos will now feature a timestamp overlay in your timezone.
- Automatic camera detection** – The Drone XC will now automatically detect when a secondary rear or interior camera has been connected or disconnected.
- Enhanced driver monitoring* – Max speed reporting and detection of harsh braking/acceleration (alerts coming soon)
- Advanced vehicle data* – For cameras with CAN Hi/Low connections, you can now access vehicle health data such as DTCs, fuel level, tire pressure, and odometer.
- Improved power saving modes
- Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements
